HIGH-END COAX
The HMX 8 high -performance marine coaxial loudspeaker , also available in the black HMX 8-C option, is optimized for infinite baffle operation, with solid bass and exceptional output. The tweeter features an optimized acoustic lens for improved off-axis dispersion and maximized SPL. The attractive stainless steel tweeter mesh grille provides perfect high-frequency transfer and rock-solid protection. The UV-resistant polypropylene cone co-molded with a Santoprene rubber surround and the high-temperature and UV-resistant polymer injected basket and grille neutralize water, dust and mud. The aramid fiber spider with silicone-insulated conductor wires ensures durability and consistent performance over time. The high-excursion moving gear is driven by a massive magnet assembly, to deliver high sound pressure without distortion.
