High-level precision

The extremely rigid cone, reinforced with mica pulp, delivers uncompromising performance for absolute control and precision, even at the highest pressure levels. Above this, a carbon dust cap literally protects the innards of this 75-kilogram beast and ensures that cone warping is a thing of the past. The result is a subwoofer with extreme rigidity, unmatched control, and exceptional precision.

World-class endurance

At this ultimate level, linearity and precision are essential. A moving assembly with a huge cone and a 5-inch voice coil is meant to be heavy (over 670 grams), which must remain perfectly aligned even during extreme excursions. To keep this enormous moving mass under control, we implemented a 4-layer Nomex spider pack with orange mesh next to a mega-roll foam surround at the top - of course double-stitched to the cone.

Extreme Power Management

A 5-inch, 8-layer black anodized aluminum flat wire voice coil gives the CMP S3-24D1 tremendous power handling and heat dissipation capabilities. To achieve the best possible signal transfer and increased durability, double silver-coated tinsel wires have been sewn into the spider pack. The pre-terminated 10mm² oxygen-free copper direct wires provide excellent conductivity to ensure a solid and reliable direct connection between the subwoofer voice coil and your amplifier, with no additional resistance points or poor contact.

This subwoofer was designed from the ground up for extremes. The hand-selected, 12.3-inch large, solid ferrite triple-stack driver provides total control over the massive 54mm X-max for unparalleled accuracy and depth. Plus, the state-of-the-art DVS2™ cooling system ensures the subwoofer operates at peak performance even during the most intense competitions. The CMP S3-24D1 demands attention and plenty of space, but will reward you with unprecedented deep bass.
