RTX Series 20cm 8” 150W RMS 4Ω High Efficiency Midrange (Sold Individually)

The MTX RTX84 midrange is a 20cm (8”) high-efficiency speaker. With little power, it reproduces a lot of sound. It supports 150W RMS with an efficiency of nearly 98dB. It is intended for SQL type installations and open-door PA systems. The sound is very powerful and very "Live". It shines with a striking realism, its softness and its exceptional musicality. Although very efficient, it is never brutal or aggressive. Its large 51mm voice coil, its ogive to combat standing waves, its extra large magnetic structure (Ø134mm), its pleated fabric suspension and its pressed paper membrane are all assets that contribute to the sound quality and performance of the transducer.
Please note that the RTX84 is sold individually. Therefore, two RTX84s are required for right-left stereo. You will also need two MTX RTX2BTs or RTX4BTs tweeters for the treble.
