With the new SIGNUM SX power amplifiers, ESX is opening a new chapter: for the first time in the series, robust and perfectly fitting die-cast aluminum heatsinks are used – a feature never seen before in this price range. The advantages are clear: thanks to robust construction combined with modern Class D technology, the enclosures remain remarkably compact and set new standards in terms of efficiency and performance.

The SX800.2 amplifier pushes the boundaries of performance and stability per channel compared to the versatile 4-channel amplifier: housed in the same compact die-cast aluminum heatsink, it delivers 2 x 180 watts into 4 ohms or a stable 2 x 280 watts RMS into 2 ohms. Its major asset? It is even stable down to 1 ohm. In this mode, it delivers 2 x 400 watts RMS and can effortlessly power the most demanding speaker systems.
