The design of 4Connect STAGE2 RCA cables has been carefully studied to achieve the best results.

STAGE2 cables use thicker than usual tinned OFC (T-OFC) conductors. The cables also feature an additional conductor, which provides significantly better interference immunity. The structure is a triple-shielded, very tightly twisted twisted pair structure that eliminates interference. The conductors are surrounded by a layer of aluminum that eliminates cable-induced interference, as well as an insulator familiar from high-voltage cables, which has a significant effect on the transmission of the line signal.

This structure has resulted in incredibly good interference immunity, which is particularly important for providing an interference-free signal, especially when used in vehicles.

The connectors are insulated with high insulation HDPE plastic and a counter-cone is molded inside the connector as a strain relief. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested during quality control to ensure a secure and watertight contact.
