The design of 4Connect STAGE3 RCA cables uses carefully considered solutions and the best materials to create a superior quality RCA cable.

STAGE3 cables use thicker-than-usual tinned OFC (T-OFC) conductors. The conductor cross-sectional area is 0.5 mm2, which is significantly oversized for an RCA cable. The cables also feature an extra conductor, which provides significantly better interference immunity. The structure is a very tight, triple-shielded twisted-pair structure that eliminates interference. The conductors are surrounded by a double layer of foil that eliminates cable-induced interference, as well as a double layer of fiber, familiar from high-voltage cables.

This structure has achieved incredibly good interference immunity, which is particularly important for providing an interference-free signal, especially in vehicle use.

The connectors are insulated with high-insulation HDPE plastic and a counter-cone is molded inside the connector as a strain relief. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested during quality control to ensure a secure and tight contact.
