DESIGNED FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
The MAX PA1 series amplifiers are next-generation, highly efficient full-range Class-D amplifiers - perfectly engineered with selected high-quality components and innovative design features that ensure maximum long-term output power.

VCC - OPTIMIZED AIRFLOW
The unique extruded aluminum heatsink with a reinforced A-Star backplate further features thermal features designed to optimize and control temperature. The GAS VCC (Vented Cross Cooling) system allows cool air to continuously flow forward over the components and push hot air out through the thermal vents on the opposite side of the case.

HIGH QUALITY & VERSATILITY
The advanced and comprehensive Class D circuitry on the 4-layer PCB allows you to connect any type of speaker - subwoofer, driver, tweeter or coaxial speaker. The high/band pass filter is adjustable between 15 and 6000 Hz and the low pass filter is adjustable between 50 Hz and 6000 Hz. For fine tuning of low frequencies (45 Hz), there is a Bass EQ level control from 0 to 12 dB.

POWER MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
The MAX PA1 series' powerful, continuous output is made possible by a high-voltage stabilized power supply that fully monitors car battery voltage fluctuations. The amplifiers also feature a quadruple protection system: overheat protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection, and a power-up delay. Setting (and maintaining) the correct output level is optimized by the amplifier's clip-on indicator lights. The absence of a Clip indicator means distortion is less than 1%—anything above this threshold activates the advanced protection circuitry.

SIZE MATTERS
Using properly sized cables improves current flow. The MAX PA1-500.4DZ1 features oversized 8AWG (10mm²) speaker outputs and true 0AWG (50mm²) power and ground connections designed for maximum power.
