The starting point for the design of SounDigital BASSTRONIK amplifiers was how to create amplifiers with excellent efficiency
and even more powerful performance while maintaining reliability and good sound quality.
This new series is primarily designed to drive powerful subwoofers/mid-bass drivers, so SounDigital has upgraded the power side of the amplifiers to be the most powerful they have ever used in their amplifiers!
The BASSTRONIK 1600.1 and 3000.1 series amplifiers are full-range amplifiers. It is possible to
disable the low-pass filter using the “LP” switch.
The BASSTRONIK series amplifiers are: compact in size and deliver a lot of power.
In addition to the RCA connectors, the amplifiers also feature a speaker-level input, as well as a connector for a wired level control (
SounDigital RLC).
The damping coefficient of these models is incredible, over 2000!
High power levels consume a lot of energy, and in many cars, voltage drops during peaks in music and
when the volume is high constitute a problem.
Sounddigital amplifiers take this practical situation into account so that the operating voltage of the amplifiers can be as
as low as 10 volts!
