DESIGNED TO MOVE

The dust cover is made of IMPP for a unique 3D design, an idea we borrowed from the MAD S2 series. But since this is MAX, we went even further. Thanks to a high-efficiency foam suspension, the cone movement is even more impressive. The 7.6 cm dual voice coil wire is made of PCW (pure copper wire), and we added a domed backplate for better mechanical performance, which also minimizes the risk of voice coil damage.

Only the best, even the most efficient, is good enough! We solved the cooling problem in two ways. The top/back plate material is thicker for optimal heat conduction, and the DVS2 (Dual Ventilation System) ensures exceptional heat dissipation while reducing distortion.
