Introducing the Mosconi Pico V2 6|8 DSP

With the PICO V2 6|8 DSP, MOSCONI is launching the second generation of PICO DSP amplifiers onto the car hi-fi market. In addition to improved connectivity, the new PICO boasts improved sound performance and greater efficiency.
All connections are now grouped on one side and all adjustment switches necessary for operation in modern vehicles are located under a magnetic cover.
Additionally, all inputs are high- and low-level compatible. All desired DSP adjustments can now be made via a USB-C connection.

Perfect OEM integration:

Powerful DSP amplifier optimized for factory radio use. Eight analog inputs up to 30 V, flexible routing, 3 input EQs and delay. With 4 x 50 W + 2 x 80 W, ideal for active and semi-active systems, as well as for classic front, rear and subwoofer applications. With two digital inputs (SP-Dif and BT+) and two processed line outputs, ready for the future.

High-speed transducerless PWM power amplifiers:

High-efficiency PWM output stages with the world's fastest carrier frequency (> 2 MHz). Modulation is performed without a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) directly from the DSP's 48 kHz TDM signal, reducing noise floor and THD+N to approximately 0.02% / 1 W.

To input:

  • 8 switchable analog inputs (high level / low level) compatible with class SB, 2-30 V
  • 1 x optical SP-Dif digital input (sampling frequency 8 kHz - 96 kHz)
  • 1 x coaxial digital input (sampling rate 8 kHz to 96 kHz)
  • 1 BT port with SP-Dif - TTL (8 kHz - 96 kHz, e.g. for BT streaming module Mos_BTS)
  • BT Extended Digital Audio Port (BT+)
    (flexible synchronous digital input from 8 kHz to 384 kHz for 2 to 16 channel audio sources, direct jitter-free DSP access, e.g. for BT MOS BTS-LD4C streaming module or extended analog inputs)
