SOUND CONTROL

Combined with the Flax cone, the woofers' patented surround provides better control of cone movement, for great neutrality, sound linearity, and even richer bass. The central phase plug contributes to better sound dispersion.

CUSTOM-MADE TREBLE

Focal's signature "M"-profile TAM tweeters offer a wider dispersion angle and remarkable sound definition. Thanks to their angled mount, installation is made easy. A compact and pre-wired audiophile crossover completes the kit.

BI-AMPLIFIABLE SOLUTION

The PS 165 FXE can be powered by two separate amplifiers to optimize sound reproduction. In bi-amplification, it is possible, for example, to dedicate one amplifier for bass and another for treble.
