The S2-BASEMAT is a high-quality 2.5 mm thick alubutyl mat designed to effectively reduce unwanted resonances and improve acoustic insulation in many applications. Thicker than the S1-BASEMAT, it offers superior damping performance, ideal for demanding installations. Its excellent adhesion allows direct attachment without glue or prior surface treatment.
