The newly developed "Reinforced Structure Array" enclosures for the ZXT woofers, reinforced with vertical elements, also give an idea of ​​the load-bearing capacity that the carbon-reinforced cones can achieve. These remain as hard as a board and are even relatively light thanks to the triple sandwich structure. So that the cones can make optimal use of their travel, they are guided by triple Nomex spiders as if on rails. This ensures that the cones do not get stuck, even under extreme performance.

The Zeus subwoofers are also ideally equipped thermally: the 10-inch woofer already has 76 mm voice coils, and from the 12-inch model onwards they even have gigantic 100 mm voice coils. With an incredible winding height of 58 mm, the membranes can achieve a linear travel of +/- 23 mm. The voice coil is made of a special pi-CCAR flat wire, which is an aluminum flat wire with a weight-saving copper coating that is also heat-resistant up to 240 degrees.
