The MAX subwoofer is designed to push boundaries and meet your demands for performance and style. To withstand the extreme conditions you will undoubtedly put it through, its cone is made of unpressed paper enriched with mica minerals, offering a perfect balance of power, depth, and musicality. To master these exceptional lows, we've integrated a T-shaped chassis that reduces vibrations and provides increased stability for the larger models (12" and 15").
TRULY NEXT LEVEL
The dust cap is made of IMPP, an idea borrowed from the MAD S2 series. But since this is the MAX, we've reinforced it with fibers. It will withstand anything! The impressive high-excursion roll foam surround provides an even more impressive range of cone motion. This cone is simply built to vibrate! The black-coated 3-inch (7.6 cm) dual BASV voice coil wire is made of pure copper (PCW) and ensures the subwoofer handles extreme power and heat. For optimal connection, we opted for four 6mm² pure OFC copper speaker wires (direct tin-plated termination) instead of traditional terminals.
IMPRESSIVE IN EVERY WAY
The MAX S2 series will blow you away. Our passion for bass is demonstrated by the use of three stacked high-quality ferrite magnets, providing phenomenal power to the subwoofer. We've added a double Nomex spider with orange mesh technology and double stitching for increased durability, thus ensuring the robustness of your audio system. Is that enough for you? We doubt it. For even greater durability and flexibility, we've integrated a woven structure into the surround, combining strength and style.
COOLING UNDER PRESSURE
The MAX S2 will demonstrate to everyone that you have reached the next level, the MAX level. For a subwoofer to achieve such a level of performance, exceptional ventilation is essential. Only excellence is acceptable! We have optimized cooling with two solutions: the top/back plate material is thicker for optimal thermal conduction, and the integrated DVS2 (Dual Ventilation System) ensures incredible heat dissipation while reducing distortion.
