The Hertz MLK 1650.3 Legend car audio speaker system is a two-way kit designed for audiophile enthusiasts who want to obtain the best possible tone consistency combined with strong dynamics and a very wide frequency response. With its robust selector, the MLCX 2 TW.3 filter offers the possibility of creating a bi-amplified system - by connecting two amplifiers or two independent channels to the filter - allowing the woofer and tweeter to be powered separately. The significant increase in power of this configuration highlights all the qualities of the MLK 1650.3 Legend kit, with all the advantages of multi-amplification. In addition, thanks to the Mid-Contour and Hi-Contour settings, dedicated respectively to managing the woofer and tweeter cut-off, the crossover point can be modified. With two "Contour" settings operated by two-position selectors, the system's frequency response can be finely tuned, adjusted to particular cabin acoustics and different speaker locations so that most listeners get their preferred sound.
