QXB6 Subwoofer

The QUANTUM QXB bass reflex speakers impress with their very compact design. With a connection impedance of 2+2 Ω, the subwoofer can also be operated with 4 Ω or even 1 Ω to get the most out of the amplifier. Thanks to the large voice coils (50 mm for the QXB6 and 64 mm for the QXB8 and the new QXB10 model), these subwoofers are not only designed for dynamic bass levels but also for high performance and can be used with more powerful amplifiers. Thanks to their flat design, the new QXB enclosures find their place in almost any vehicle. With a housing height of only 16 cm, the QXB6 enclosure can even fit into a false floor in the trunk or behind the seat, for example. The included protective grilles ensure optimum protection of the woofers on all models. Optionally, brackets can also be installed on the QXB6 and QXB8 enclosures, which can then be used as a downfire enclosure. This means that the upper part can serve as storage space in the trunk while the subwoofer "fires" downwards.
