Description

The AI-Sonic S3-C6.2 is a 16.5 cm 2-way component system designed for car audio installations focused on SQ (Sound Quality). The S3 series combines refined design, carefully selected components, and tuning aimed at achieving clear, balanced, and detailed reproduction in the vehicle.

The mid-woofer uses a black aluminum cone combined with a paper composite and a rubber surround. Its black stainless steel frame provides a sleek and robust finish, while the speaker profile has been engineered to promote natural mid-range and bass reproduction.

The kit also includes 27 mm silk dome tweeters with neodymium magnets. Their practical mounting frame and removable housing facilitate integration into an existing installation. The 2-way passive crossovers feature a 12 dB per octave slope and three levels of treble adjustment to adapt the sound to the cabin.

Note regarding power: the 180 W rating corresponds to the maximum recommended power for the mid-woofer. Its RMS power is 100 W. The tweeter has an RMS power of 80 W and a recommended power range of 20 to 120 W.
