The MTX TX225T are 25mm diameter tweeters specialized in high frequency reproduction. These are the tweeters of the MTX TX250S and TX265S kits. They support 65W RMS and 450W Peak. They have a 4Ω impedance to adapt to all amplifiers, whether external or integrated into a car radio. Their small external diameter makes them easy to install anywhere. Behind the rearview mirrors, on the dashboard or at the top of the door. To get the most out of them, place the tweeters as high as possible to have the highest possible soundstage.
Their sound quality is excellent. They reproduce a lot of detail with precision, and give bite to the musical reproduction. Their large diaphragm diameter (25mm) allows for a powerful sound with impact. The silk dome is the best solution for perfectly distributing the sound and therefore reducing directivity. On both sides of the car, each tweeter is very clearly audible. To remain small and hold the power, we use ultra-magnetic neodymium magnets. They are therefore easy to install. For filtering, two capacitors are provided. It's simple and efficient.
