Punch Marine Full Function Wired 5"/12.7cm TFT Display Head The PMX-8DH, used with the PMX-8BB Hidden Media Receiver is a wired display head controller giving you access to the full capabilities of the receiver. It features an ultra-bright color TFT display for optimal viewing even in direct sunlight that is optically wet to prevent dust or moisture ingress. It is IPX6 rated and uses a water-resistant rotary encoder knob with white LED button illumination. Additionally, it includes front panel lighting and secondary controls, a composite video input, and a conformal coated PCB for basic protection.

Designed for use with the PMX-8BB, the PMX-8DH wired display head is the ultimate controller for your digital media system. The unit features an ultra-bright 5"/12.7cm TFT display designed and selected for its viewing ability even in direct sunlight. The display is optically wet bonded to the bezel to prevent any ingress of dust or moisture ensuring it remains clean and clear.

Access to the custom GUI interface is provided via the water-resistant rotary encoder knob and the white LED backlit buttons allow you to easily adjust panel lighting levels and provide instant sub-level control at your fingertips. The display head also features a composite video input for video or camera systems and easy interconnection to the hidden unit with a multi-pin DIN connector.

The panel is rated IPX6 for water spray intrusion and features a conformal coated circuit board protecting vital electronics. We further validate the unit with 500 hours of testing to ASTM B117 and D4329 testing standards to ensure it will hold up for years of daily use exposed to the elements.
