Small installation depths for loudspeakers are becoming increasingly important for many applications, but flat loudspeakers often sound quite thin due to the limited excursion in the bass range and represent a musical compromise. With the new BRUTUS BRX series, HiFonics has brilliantly succeeded in changing this. . Even the BRX6.2C 2-way system with a nominal size of 16.5 cm not only fits into almost any opening with a mounting depth of only 42 mm, but also impresses particularly with its very good bass performance. The main contributor to this is the brand new, extremely stable and yet very light carbon fiber membrane - a must, especially for flat loudspeakers. Thanks to a crossover cable, the 20 mm fabric neodymium tweeter is relieved of the low frequencies. Thanks to the compact switch design, installation is also easy here.
